DESCRIPTION:The ¶¶ŇőLive invites you to the Veterans’ Coffee and Conversation\, meet other veterans\, and share stories about your military experiences. \nYou’ll feel comfortable and enjoy the camaraderie. If you ever served in the US Military\, you are welcome. This is not a PTSD session. However\, we discuss all aspects of our military service\, both joyful and sad. We do not discuss religion\, politics or the gory parts of combat stories. \nThe meetings\, sponsored by the ¶¶ŇőLive\, are held at Brevard’s American Legion Post\, 115 Morgan Street on the first Tuesday of every month at 10am. \nGet on our mailing list! DESCRIPTION:Brevard resident Milton Fletcher served in the U.S. Army Reserves as a rifleman in the 184th Regiment in the last battle of World War II\, the Battle of Okinawa. His division was later ordered to receive the surrender of the Japanese Army in Korea.
